Youthful Moments Return Policy

• You can return your item within 30 days.

• Items must be returned new, unused and with all labels and tags still attached. As to other packaging such as: Dust bags, designer item boxes etc., should be returned in their original packing to ensure they are protected in shipping process. 

• Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

• All under garments, swimwear, bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear without removing the protective seal. 

• Stockings, socks and tights can not be returned if package has been opened. 

• All shoes must be tried on a smooth surfaces. Shoes should be returned unmarked and original, undamaged shoe box. Shoes that are returned without box, in a damaged condition with marked soles may not be accepted.

Youthful Moments shipping varies per item. Approximately 7 - 10 business days for delivery prior to purchase. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions and/or concerns.
